  Our last quarter of 2015! This year we have shipped an estimated 3000 books to, both, the Philippines and Morocco.

    With the sales of donated books throughout the winter months, Share Books Worldwide will be shipping at least 900 more books to the Philippines this summer.  Thank you to our volunteers, and our donors, whom are making a significant difference in the lives of many!

A:  Step 1)  Books are shipped to Share Books Worldwide
     Step 2) Books with literary value are sent abroad, with our current focus in the Salug area of the Philippines, where eager volunteers receive the books and disburse them into local areas with the most need.
     Step 3) Books with monetary value are sold online with the proceeds supporting our mission.
     Step 4) Books unable to be sold or donated will be recycled. 

Q: How much does it cost to ship books to the Philippines?
A: For a large box 24x20x18 it costs $100.00 US dollars.

Q: How long does the shipping process take?
A: We currently are shipping by sea; it takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks to arrive in the Philippines.

  March was a busy month preparing another 9 boxes of books heading to the Philippines.  Also, as per IRS guidelines, you'll find a copy of our 2014 tax filings and IRS letter of designation as Private Foundation and 501(c)3 below the photos.
